Education PowerED supports educators and schools in creating classrooms that are identity-centered, culturally responsive, and highly engaging for students. We facilitate professional development training and consultation services to K-12 educators, administrators, youth workers, and parents across public, charter, and independent schools and districts, as well as non-profit organizations, associations, and universities.

The professional development experiences we lead are intentionally designed to equip educators with the mindsets, knowledge, and frameworks needed to implement CRT into their classrooms and school. Even in the most challenging environments, CRT has been effective at increasing student performance across all content areas and grade levels. We provide large group training, small group coaching, and so much more!
